| The service consists in technical assistance on the implementation of the HSE policies on the B17 FPSOs. | |
RESPONSABILIDADES: - Participation in the implementation of the work permit procedure and risk assessment, control and validation of the associated safety measures, - Coordination of the safety watch teams, - Reception of scaffoldings, - Inspection of the work place, - Control (audit) of the actual implementation of the work permit procedure on site, - Promotion of HSE tools on site (Anomaly card, Job safety analysis , stop card), - Participation in the emergency response teams, - Management of the tool box meetings, - Management of most of the site safety training for all COMPANY personnel on FPSO, - Participation to emergency drills. - Management of an intervention team (rescue and relief, fire fighting, pollution control, Waste,…); - In charge of HSE meeting and presentation on site ; - Participation in writing training plan for Total EP Angola Staff on site (for HSE); - Editing « fiches Réflexes » for installations on site and training on site for their application; - In charge of training for risks on site and for the activity of block 17 |
