| The service consists in: - Method HSE Support; - In charge of interface between sites and onshore management; - In charge of interface between DEXPL and other Total EP Angola’s entities; - In charge of assistance and recommendation to sites on HSE subjects. | |
RESPONSIBILITIES: This SERVICE encompasses mainly the following activities: Technical activities: - Identify differences with Group HSE rules; - Proposition of corrective action plans; - Preparation of specific operations; - Ensure regular attendance on sites; - Follow up of execution of HSE Field Operations process; - Assistance to site on: . Development and maintenance of the quality of urgency organization; . Preparation of security exercises; . Follow up of HSE folders; . Procurement of security equipments; - Drafting of HSE documents (SIMOPS, bridging documents, risk analysis, procedure...); - Participation in incidents analysis; - Assistance to meeting of incidents’ analysis thru “Arbre et Cause” methods; - Participation in one or two Committee per rotation; - Participation in HSE visits done by Field Operations; - Realization of HSE audits; - Representative of OSL on sites; |
